Terms and Conditions
Retention of Ownership: All merchandise remains the property of Naked Furniture until full payment has been received and cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- No refunds or exchanges are permitted on sale items, custom-finished, or unfinished products.
- Mattresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All lighting products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If any part of a lighting product is damaged, only the damaged part will be replaced, subject to availability.
Payment Terms: Personal cheques are not accepted. Payments must be made through approved methods as specified at the time of purchase.
Responsibility for Fit and Safety:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture they purchase fits appropriately in their home.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to securely attach furniture to walls, where necessary, to ensure the safety of children and prevent accidents.
Warranty Exclusions: Naked Furniture does not provide a warranty for damage caused by humidity or other environmental factors that may compromise the product’s condition due to health or maintenance issues.
Customer Information and Privacy: Naked Furniture respects customers’ privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of completing transactions, providing customer service, and fulfilling legal obligations. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. Customers have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal information by contacting Naked Furniture directly.
