All merchandises remain property of Naked Furniture until payment is received in full. No refunds or exchange on sale, custom finished or unfinished products. Personal cheque not accepted. It is always the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the furniture they pick fits in their home. It is always the client’ responsibility to attach all furniture security to the wall for the safety of children. We do not warranty humidity damage due to health reason. Mattresses are not refundable or exchangeable. All lights are final sales, no return or exchange. If any part of the light has been damaged, the part will be replaced.
